This policy describes the Lakeland Blooms website and its custom-design inquiry form. Contact us at [email protected] with questions about your information.
Information you choose to share
The custom-design form asks for your name, email address, event type, event date, estimated guest count, and floral vision. You may also provide a phone number, venue, approximate budget, style preferences, inspiration link, and how you heard about us. Please include only information needed to discuss your event.
How the inquiry form works
The custom-design form is provided by Jotform, a third-party form service, and is embedded on our website. When you submit the form, your answers are sent to and stored by Jotform and made available to Lakeland Blooms so we can respond to your inquiry. Jotform handles that information under its own privacy policy, and loading the form may share technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, with Jotform.
Your browser may provide its own autofill or history features, governed by your browser’s settings.
Inquiries and email correspondence
If you submit an inquiry or email us, Lakeland Blooms receives the information you provide for the purpose of responding and discussing your floral needs. Email is handled by the email services used by you and Lakeland Blooms. To ask about information in your inquiry or correspondence, request a correction, or request deletion, email [email protected]. Requests may be subject to records that need to be retained for an ongoing service or legal obligation.
Website hosting and cookies
The site itself does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts, embedded social feeds, or marketing cookies. The custom-design page embeds the Jotform form described above, which may use its own cookies or similar technologies to operate the form. Hosting and access services may process technical information, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and access times, to deliver and secure the website. A private preview may also require authentication handled by its hosting provider.
Other websites
Links to other services, including any social profiles added in the future, lead to websites with their own privacy practices. An inspiration link included in your inquiry is shared with Lakeland Blooms as part of that inquiry. The site does not automatically load the content of those links.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as the website’s features change. The date above identifies the latest update. For privacy questions, contact Lakeland Blooms in Lakeland, Florida, at [email protected].
