Cancellation Policy

Wedding and event bookings or cancellations need to be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. For customized individual items, bookings and cancellations need to be made a week in advance. To reschedule an event, please contact us through email or phone at least one week in advance so we can make necessary adjustments. We appreciate your understanding in our small business!
